Experienced Home Manager (Must Be RGN or RMN), Dundee, Scotland, £36k
In Touch Recruitment has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Home Manager (RGN or RMN) to take the lead and manage an elderly nursing service situated in Dundee, Scotland.
My client is a highly reputable and forward thinking care home provider that focuses on the quality of care that is delivered within their homes. An excellent opportunity for an experienced Home Manager (RGN or RMN) has arisen within one of their beautiful nursing homes in Dundee. This home does require a strong and focused Home Manager to continue pushing the home forward to achieve the best possible grade.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual who has experience working as a Registered Home Manager and is registered with the NMC as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN). We are looking for an individual who has a sound understanding of the Care Commission standards and has an ability to identify areas of improvement and act upon them in a positive and professional manner. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role along with a ‘firm but fair’ approach to their management style.
An excellent salary of £36k will be offered to the successful candidate along with additional benefits including a management bonus.
